During the in person meeting we may look at fabric samples and trims or your existing product which needs to be refined that I can execute it right away. Meetings with clients outside of Seattle can happen via zoom.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the appointments or client is responsible for cost appointment.

Payment Methods

Check/debit or credit cards. 4% addition for credit card.

All payments calculated in US Dollars.

Shipping

Clients are responsible for all shipping costs.

Cost of shipping is not included with the project estimate.

Client requests for fabric and trims or finished products that cannot be picked up in person will be sent to your address or provide FedEx or UPS number.

Estimate

Project estimates are non-binding. Customer will be charge actual costs of completed project.

I will ensure transparency during all phases of the project.

Limit of Liability

Attention to detailed is strictly applied throughout the product development process still Mecaidesigns makes no expressed or implied warranties with regards to merchantability /fitness for particular purpose or otherwise.

In no event shall Mecaidesigns be held liable for client indirect damage/lost etc, incurred by client and result for error delays.
